WHAT IS A CATTORA WALL?

A CATTORA Wall is a modular cat environment that combines climbing routes, walkways, beds, lookouts and grooming stations. The accessories can be lifted, moved and repositioned, allowing you to change the arrangement as your cats’ needs and interests change.

WHAT WALL SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

There are three wall sizes: 8 feet wide × 8 feet high, 12 feet wide × 8 feet high, and 16 feet wide × 8 feet high.

Each wall page shows five example arrangements to help you explore different combinations and plan your starting layout.

HOW MANY ACCESSORIES ARE INCLUDED?

The 8-foot wall includes 23 selected accessories plus three essential groups, making 26 in total.

The 12-foot wall includes 33 selected accessories plus three essential groups, making 36 in total.

The 16-foot wall includes 43 selected accessories plus three essential groups, making 46 in total.

The three essential groups are one set of steps, one set of Claw Holds, and a pair of ramps. The two ramps count together as one group. These essentials are included in the totals above.

DO I HAVE TO COPY ONE OF THE EXAMPLE ARRANGEMENTS?

No. The examples provide starting ideas. During your consultation, we discuss your available wall space, your cats and your preferred accessories to help plan a suitable arrangement.

CAN I CHANGE THE WALL WITHOUT MOVING ALL THE PATHWAYS?

Yes. You can change destinations, such as beds and lookouts, while keeping the main pathways in place. You can also reposition grooming stations to vary the places your cats encounter along the way.

Check that each new position remains securely mounted and accessible from the surrounding route. Introduce changes gradually if your cat prefers a familiar layout.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING A CONSULTATION?

We discuss your available wall space, your cats’ ages, sizes and abilities, and the accessories you would like. Photographs and measurements help us understand the room and plan an arrangement with you.

DO I NEED TO KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I WANT BEFORE CONTACTING YOU?

No. You can start with a wall size or an example arrangement you like. The consultation helps you work through the choices and identify what would suit your cats and your home.

CAN I CHOOSE DIFFERENT BEDS, LOOKOUTS OR GROOMING ACCESSORIES?

Yes. You can discuss alternative accessories within the relevant categories during your consultation. Your final selection and what is included will be confirmed in your proposal.

CAN A WALL BE PLANNED FOR MORE THAN ONE CAT?

Yes. Tell us how many cats will use the wall and how they interact. We can discuss separate resting places, alternative routes and ways to give each cat space.

WHAT ABOUT KITTENS, OLDER CATS OR CATS WITH LIMITED MOBILITY?

The layout can be planned around easier transitions, lower destinations and ramp access. Suitability depends on the individual cat. Tell us about any mobility limitations during your consultation so these can be considered.

CAN I REMOVE THE ACCESSORIES FOR CLEANING?

Yes. The accessories are designed to be lifted off their mounting positions for cleaning. Follow the guidance on our Cleaning page, and check that each accessory is dry and securely reseated before allowing your cats to use it again.

IS DELIVERY INCLUDED IN THE DISPLAYED WALL PRICE?

Delivery to your address is included in the displayed wall price. This includes unloading the shipment. Moving the items into your home or chosen room, unpacking and installation are your responsibility.

WILL YOU INSTALL THE WALL FOR ME?

Installation is not included in the wall price. You will need to arrange installation yourself or appoint a suitable installer. Your wall surface and any installation requirements should be discussed during the consultation.

WHAT SHOULD I CHECK BEFORE PLANNING MY WALL?

Measure the available width and height, and note doors, windows, sockets, furniture and other obstructions. Send photographs of the full wall and tell us what you know about its construction. These details help us assess the proposed location.

CAN I INSTALL A CATTORA WALL IN A RENTED HOME?

Check your tenancy agreement and obtain any required permission before installation. The system requires wall fixings, so you should also consider any requirement to make good the fixing points when you move out.

WHAT IF I AM UNSURE WHETHER MY WALL IS SUITABLE?

Send us photographs and the information you have through the Consultation form. If the wall construction or fixing suitability is uncertain, a qualified installer may need to assess it before the installation can be confirmed.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER NOW?

CATTORA is currently preparing for production and is not accepting orders or payments. You are welcome to explore the range and submit a consultation enquiry. We can let you know when ordering becomes available.

DOES SUBMITTING A CONSULTATION FORM COMMIT ME TO BUYING?

No. A consultation enquiry starts a conversation. It does not place an order, reserve production time or commit you to a purchase.

CAN RESCUE CENTRES CONTACT CATTORA ABOUT A CAT HOUSE?

Yes. Visit our Rescue Centres page to learn about the proposed Cat House programme and submit an Expression of Interest. Each proposal is reviewed individually, and submitting the form does not guarantee a placement.
