COOKIES AND WEBSITE ANALYTICS
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Our Webador-hosted website uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functions and remember preferences.
Google Analytics is enabled through our website settings. It can process information such as pages visited, interactions, device and browser details and how visitors reach the site. This helps us understand website use and improve its content.
Google processes analytics information as a service provider. Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Our website displays a cookie notice with Accept and Decline options. Accepting enables Google Analytics cookies. When you decline, Analytics operates with cookie storage consent denied, but limited information about consent and website activity may still be sent to Google through cookieless measurements.
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functionality. Clearing this website’s cookies removes stored preferences, so you may be asked to make your choice again.
For questions about cookies or your personal information, contact info@cattora.com.
HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
For consultation requests, rescue applications and other enquiries that do not lead to an order or placement, we retain your information for up to two years after our last contact.
This includes correspondence, form submissions, photographs and supporting documents. At the end of that period, we delete the information from the records we control unless it remains necessary to meet a legal obligation or handle an ongoing dispute.
If your enquiry develops into an order or placement, we retain the relevant information for the duration of that relationship and afterwards where necessary for customer support, warranty claims, accounting or legal obligations.
You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing info@cattora.com. Where we must retain particular records, we will explain why.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on the laws that apply to your information, you may have the right to:
• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion of your information.
• Object to certain uses of your information or ask us to restrict processing.
• Receive certain information in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent where we rely on your consent.
These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To make a request, email info@cattora.com. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing personal information. We will request only the information reasonably needed for that purpose.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any permitted extension or reason we cannot fulfil your request.
You may also complain to the data-protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction.
CHILDREN
Our consultation and rescue application forms are intended for adults purchasing a wall or acting on behalf of a rescue organisation.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through these forms. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange appropriate deletion.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse. Access is limited to those who need it for the purposes described in this policy.
No online service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send payment-card details, passwords or unrelated sensitive documents through our forms or email.
