THE CATTORA BUSINESS

A WORLD YOU WOULD WANT FOR YOUR CATS.
AN OPPORTUNITY TO HELP MANY MORE.

CATTORA begins with something personal: wanting your cats to have an interesting, comfortable world within your home.

Our modular wall system brings together climbing routes, beds, lookouts and grooming stations. Accessories lift away for cleaning and can be repositioned to create new arrangements as your cats’ needs change.

The same system sits at the heart of our planned Rescue Cat House programme. These fully fitted spaces will give participating rescue centres additional opportunities for enrichment, while live cameras and individual profiles help people discover the cats waiting for homes.

We are seeking an investment partner who shares that ambition: to build a commercially successful business whose growth helps bring CATTORA environments to more homes and more rescue centres.

HELP SOMEONE FALL IN LOVE WITH A PARTICULAR CAT.

Many people talk about adopting a cat long before they visit a rescue centre. CATTORA aims to help them take that first step from home.

Through our planned live-viewing platform, visitors will be able to discover participating rescue centres, read individual cat profiles and watch cats exploring, grooming, playing and resting in their Cat Houses.

Over several evenings, a viewer might begin to recognise a particular cat’s favourite lookout, familiar companions and daily routines. An intention to adopt can become a personal reason to visit: “We’ve been watching Tommy. We would love to meet him.”

Each profile will connect visitors directly with the responsible rescue centre, which will manage enquiries, assess suitability and make every adoption decision.

For the rescue, the Cat House provides both an enrichment environment and a continuing opportunity to introduce its cats to prospective adopters and supporters.

FIVE CAT HOUSES. A GROWING NETWORK.

Our launch plan begins with five CATTORA-owned Cat Houses, temporarily placed with selected rescue centres in the United States.

Each centre will use its Cat House to provide enrichment, introduce its cats to online viewers and raise funds towards a permanent house of its own.

When the centre’s newly produced Cat House is installed, the original temporary house moves to another participating rescue centre. The permanent house remains connected to the CATTORA viewing platform, while the temporary house begins the programme again in a new community.

The centre’s fundraising will cover the verified costs of its permanent house and the applicable delivery and relocation costs, without an added profit margin. CATTORA will fund the ongoing live-feed service.

Supporters may also fund a permanent Cat House for a participating rescue centre, creating another route for the network to expand.

Every additional installation gives more cats access to a CATTORA environment and introduces the wall system to another rescue community.

SEE IT WORK. IMAGINE IT AT HOME.

Every Cat House will also demonstrate the CATTORA wall system in daily use. As people watch the cats, they will see the climbing routes, grooming stations, lookouts and beds that can become part of their own homes.

Visitors interested in a home wall can explore the collection and request a personal consultation. CATTORA will help them choose a wall size, accessories and starting arrangement suited to their cats and available space.

Sales of home wall systems will generate the business’s commercial revenue. Rescue Cat Houses will be supplied at verified cost, supporting the programme’s expansion while introducing CATTORA to additional audiences.

Participating rescue websites and approved content partners will be able to share the feeds, creating further opportunities for people to discover both the cats and the products.

Our aim is to build a continuing source of customer enquiries through these installations and relationships, reducing reliance on paid advertising.

HELP BRING CATTORA TO LIFE.

CATTORA is seeking $250,000 in investment to establish production and launch its initial Rescue Cat House programme.

Our planned allocation includes $100,000 to build, equip and deliver the first five temporary Cat Houses. The remaining funding will support manufacturing equipment, product testing, production setup and the working capital needed to begin operations.

The wall system and accessory collection have been developed as designs. Funding will enable us to manufacture and test the components, confirm production times and establish the actual cost of each piece.

The prices shown on this website are planning estimates based on our current manufacturing assumptions. Final costs and selling prices will be established through production testing and detailed costing.

We are looking for an investor who sees both the commercial opportunity and the purpose behind it: creating engaging environments for cats at home while helping the rescue programme reach more communities.

THIS MATTERS TO YOU. YOU COULD HELP MAKE IT HAPPEN.

Perhaps you can already picture a CATTORA wall in your home. Perhaps it is the rescue programme that holds your attention: a Cat House you helped fund, at a centre you can name, with cats you can watch using it.

We welcome conversations with individuals and family offices who share our interest in cats and want to explore the commercial potential of CATTORA.

Our business plan sets out the proposed use of funds, operating model, financial assumptions and development milestones. We would be pleased to discuss these with you and answer your questions.
